The JOMO Pride Inc Board of Directors want to share an important update regarding this year’s JOMO Pridefest – “Pride on 66!” 

Unfortunately, AJA will no longer be able to celebrate with us in Joplin Sept 4-6th due to recent medical procedures which have left her unable to perform for 6 weeks. While we were hoping for a quick recovery, AJA's health and well-being must come first. We ask our Pride family to please send all their love, support and best wishes for a smooth and successful recovery.

We might have hit a road bump but “Pride on 66!” is still full steam ahead, and we're firing on all cylinders! We are absolutely THRILLED to announce that making her Joplin debut, the one and only…

KANDY MUSE!

The RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 13 runner-up, RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 8 finalist, and star of E!’s hit reality series House of Villains Season 2 is coming to “Pride on 66!” 

And there’s something extra special about this announcement… FAMILY!

Although AJA won’t be able to make it to Pride this year, we are honored to still welcome the Haus of AJA to Joplin, as Kandy Muse brings the heat to the @You Belong in Joplin Mainstage Saturday, September 5th!

So get ready, Joplin — because the crown is coming, the Haus is coming, and Kandy Muse is ready to turn “Pride on 66!” all the way UP!  The road may have taken an unexpected turn, but the destination hasn’t changed! All roads lead to Joplin! Come take a ride, to Pride on 66!
